No this phone can't record video and voice. It's camera looks good. But when captured the quality is not there. If anyone wants to activate video and increase memory by deleting ringtones and pictures that came up with the phone download p2k softwares and the p2k driver of the phone and you may be able to do it. I did it for my V3. But keep this in your mind. Deleting wrong files may destroy your phone's software.
